Commuter Race Proves What We Already Know – Tandems Rule

To highlight the advantages of bicycle commuting and to honor the annual Bike to Work Day in San Jose a race was held featuring three pedal powered and two motor powered competitors. The challenge, to navigate around downtown San Jose while following all applicable traffic laws in pursuit of specific treasures.
One of the pedal powered racers was a tandem team and guess what? They won handily! Go tandems More here
